Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the SDLC.
Excellent requirement gathering and user story creation skills.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify improvements.
Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities across teams.
Ensure timely delivery of product features and continuous improvement.
