Job summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a Senior Product Owner to define product vision and coordinate with stakeholders, UX/UI, engineering, and QA to deliver valuable software solutions. The role requires strong Agile skills and a data-driven mindset, with a track record of managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple teams.

You will influence product direction through market analysis, customer feedback, and clear communication, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful delivery of features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product management or PO experience in Agile.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating and managing roadmaps/backlogs.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders and development teams.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends and gather feedback from customers to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and clarify project scope.
• Monitor product performance and iterate on features to enhance user experience and increase value.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
