Net Health is seeking a Senior Product Owner for State & Payer Solutions to lead product ownership and business analysis for software, analytics, and reporting supporting Medicaid agencies, health plans, and providers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market needs and regulatory requirements into actionable product capabilities, prioritize development, and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
4+ years as Product Owner and Business Analyst in healthcare tech.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software lifecycles.
Experience defining functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and business rules.

Responsibilities

Lead product ownership and business analysis for State & Payer Solutions.
Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and validate deliverables.
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Clients.
Partner with Sales for RFPs and solution design.
Mentor team and improve Agile processes.
