Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Senior Product Owner for State & Payer Solutions. This role combines agile product ownership with senior business analysis to support Medicaid agencies, health plans, and provider organizations in value-based care programs.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Client Success, and external stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and ensure solutions meet client needs while advancing analytics and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile delivery lifecycle and backlog management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid policy and quality measurement.
• Ability to translate market needs into product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Agile delivery lifecycle and lead business analysis for software initiatives.
• Define Epics, Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science and clients to prioritize backlogs.
• Analyze workflows, payment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and mentor peers.
