Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Product Owner to support Agile Release Train delivery in a SAFe environment. The role focuses on managing the team backlog, defining user stories with acceptance criteria, and aligning development work with the product vision and roadmap.

The ideal candidate has extensive Agile experience, cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP), and strong stakeholder and communication skills. Government/regulatory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and SAFe experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Government systems or regulated environment experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the team backlog; prioritize user stories to maximize value.
• Define clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to understand vision, roadmap, and features.
• Participate in PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops.
• Work with development teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the Agile team.
