Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to support ART delivery within a SAFe environment. You will manage the team backlog, define user stories, and ensure the development team delivers value aligned with the product vision and roadmap.

The role is a contract, onsite position in Omaha, NE or Denver, CO, with a 9am–5pm schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree; salary is $50–$62 per hour. Government security background check may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner/Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and SAFe experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong stakeholder management.
• Clear communication and ability to drive decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Government systems experience or regulated environments preferred.
• SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the Agile team, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical architects, business resources, and clients to drive decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or within government systems or regulated environments.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Education: Preferred - bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, Software Engineering, or similar.
