About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our software solutions. You will act as a bridge between product and build teams, ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap using agile methodologies, collaborating with managers, and representing the customer’s voice.

What You’ll Do

1. Engage with product managers, UX designers, and build managers to clarify requirements and demonstrate functionalities.
2. Break down the roadmap into epics and releases based on business value.
3. Coordinate with the build team on schedules, milestones, and documentation for visibility.
4. Prioritize and refine the product backlog regularly, considering the roadmap and business opportunities.
5. Maintain a technical understanding of the system to balance new features with maintenance.
6. Ensure the development team understands features and acceptance criteria, clarifying requirements as needed.
7. Facilitate consensus between engineers and stakeholders to meet business needs.
8. Lead sprint planning and participate actively in scrum ceremonies.
9. Manage efforts from start to finish, providing updates on progress, risks, and blockers.
10. Lead beta testing and collaborate with support teams.
11. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate releases.
12. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated range: $112,500-$148,500/year. Our remote-first model may include travel for company events, meetings, or conferences.
