RemoFirst is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead a core product line from idea to execution, driving ownership and autonomy. You will partner with leadership to shape the future of global employment, focusing on UX, data-informed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams.

You will thrive in a remote-first environment, own end-to-end product delivery, and influence roadmap with measurable impact for a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Ability to lead products from 0 to 1, owning outcomes, UX and engineering quality.
• Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong UX intuition and passion for simple, effective UX.
• Sharp analytical thinking with clear prioritization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bias for action, ownership, and drive to build.
• Big plus: experience owning add-on, cross-sell or upsell within a SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Own a core product area end to end from strategy to launch and iteration.
• Turn problems into opportunities and translate into actionable product plans.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ship simple, high-quality experiences.
• Use data, insights, and market signals to drive decisions and roadmap.
• Ensure product moves quickly, delivers measurable impact, and scales globally.
• Work with leadership to drive high-level priorities and company-wide outcomes.
