Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Functional experience (AR, AP, GL, Billing, ePro, Asset Management, Cash Management, or Project Costing).

Responsibilities

• Manages the most complex products through the entire lifecycle, and supports decisions regarding enhancements.
• Makes key decisions for product/solution development lifecycle process to be implemented throughout the organization.
• Contributes to innovative ideas on the program risk management plan and drives mitigation and resolutions.
• Advocates to drive consistent and accurate cross functional program metrics.
• Designs program management practices and mentors other members of the product management org.
• Reviews and prioritizes backlog for sprint planning, including coordination of dependencies.
• Owns, develops and executes product roadmap.
• Collaborates with business owners, product scrum team, and stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, and goals.
