Job summary

Apex IT seeks a Tier 2 Product Owner to support Oracle Fusion SCM and Fleet Management. You will resolve complex issues, prioritize improvements, and partner with IT and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities include documenting resolutions, supporting testing, and coordinating with transportation and logistics teams to improve operations. Must have strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, fleet management, or related systems.
• 3+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Oracle transportation or fleet capabilities.
• Experience with functional support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional Product Owner for Oracle Fusion SCM and Fleet Management.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex escalated issues.
• Prioritize incidents, defects, enhancements, and support requests.
• Document issues, root causes, resolutions, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
