INFOTRON is seeking an Oracle Functional Specialist to drive logistics and supply chain modernization. You will analyze current processes, perform fit-gap assessments, and design To-Be workflows using Oracle Cloud SaaS features, while guiding stakeholders toward standard solutions.

The role requires collaboration across departments, UAT support, and ensuring policy compliance. Flexible hybrid work options may apply in Stafford, VA, with a security clearance preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or Specialist with Oracle Cloud SaaS applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP).
• Experience in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and process re‑engineering.
• Ability to translate business needs to functional requirements and manage them through project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean-Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advocate for standard solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Security Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document current logistics and supply chain processes within legacy systems.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to align Oracle SaaS capabilities with business needs and minimize customization.
• Design To-Be processes and workflows leveraging Oracle standard functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional requirements and manage them through RTM.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, to ensure alignment with business intent and policies.
• Analyze and de-conflict policies to promote standard logistics processes.
• Document security, compliance, and auditability requirements mapping to system design.
