Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP seeks a Senior Product Owner to lead Order-to-Cash capabilities, focusing on Accounts Receivable & Collections and Contract & Order Management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) capabilities including AR, Collections, Contract Management, or Order Management.
• Experience in Agile environments as Product Owner/Manager.
• Experience defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• SAP SD and/or SAP FI‑AR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer and internal facing products with superior UX across multiple verticals.
• Aligns teams to build and prioritize product roadmaps and releases.
• Collaborates with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business reps to resolve issues.
• Works with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies and plan releases.
• Performs trade-off analyses to keep development on track toward commitments.
• Prioritizes short-term feature backlog and long-term roadmap.
• Conducts customer research and product discovery to shape strategy.
• Collaborates with customers to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Collects data and uses data-driven approach to evaluate viability of initiatives.
• Writes epics and stories communicating needs to meet business objectives.
