Job summary

Riverside Research Institute seeks a full‑time Product Owner to support NASIC PED software at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, and close collaboration with DoD customers and government personnel.

The candidate will guide architecture and product development across multiple teams, ensuring delivery aligns with NASIC processing, exploitation, and dissemination needs while applying cloud and DevSecOps practices as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 12+ years’ experience in a mix of systems engineering/architecture development and technical project management.
• Strong communication and ability to work with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand NASIC PED software needs and architectures.
• Assist software architecture users as a Product Owner in prioritizing requirements.
• Advise development teams to deliver software and architecture satisfying stakeholder needs.
• Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers and Government customers.
• Advise on incorporating software development into cloud architectures.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams for shared NASIC enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership from vision to design and oversight of complex projects.
• Apply systems engineering methods to enhance R&D and acquisition processes.
