Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy and delivery of marketing technology initiatives from our Whippany, NJ office. You will drive the product vision, create roadmaps, and prioritize a complex backlog to deliver data-driven customer experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, translate business requirements into clear user stories, and ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and enterprise targets.

Qualifications

• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and outcomes.
• Experience in banking or financial services with knowledge of security and governance is preferred.
• Ability to manage risk, compliance and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for marketing tech platforms.
• Prioritize features balancing value, customer experience, risk, and feasibility.
• Translate requirements into actionable user stories for Agile delivery teams.
• Build relationships across business and technology teams for stakeholder alignment and execution.
• Apply Agile practices to improve customer experiences, platform adoption, and product performance.
