Job summary

You will own the technology delivery roadmap, translate onboarding objectives into prioritized automation, and collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to meet data and security standards. Lead governance across functions and drive analytics to reduce cycle time and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of technology delivery integrating with the business division.
• Structured analysis to identify onboarding pain points and design automation.
• Ability to prioritize scope, sequencing, and resourcing with risk management.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders on scope, delivery plans, and governance, driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology delivery roadmap for the Client Journey program.
• Translate onboarding objectives into prioritized automation backlogs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on data requirements and standards.
• Drive executive alignment and governance across Markets, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Technology.
• Identify analytics opportunities to reduce onboarding cycle time and improve outcomes.
