Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking two experienced Product Owners to manage integration initiatives across the Crew Technology portfolio. You will connect Crew Records with related applications and third-party platforms, guiding backlogs, epics, and user stories in a collaborative, agile environment.

The role emphasizes API-based integrations, data flows, and stakeholder alignment, with a hybrid Chicago base and optional travel to alternate locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Jira and delivering enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for integration products and capabilities supporting Crew Records and Crew Technology platforms.
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog in Jira aligned to business value and operational needs.
• Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for incremental delivery.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Support testing, validation, release readiness, and adoption activities for new integrations.
