Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of business, analytical, technical and/or product experience; or 14 years combined education/work experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to set clear priorities and independently influence outcomes
• Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to seek multiple opinions yet make sound decisions that benefit the customer and business

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for Institutional Services workflow products and align with business goals
• Coach and lead product owners, backlog management, and data-driven decision making
• Drive digital transformation and ensure customer experience improvements across platforms
• Collaborate on requirements and roadmaps; document in line with enterprise architecture standards
• Manage agile practices, remove blockers, and focus on outcomes over outputs
• Ensure risk, controls, and regulatory standards are integrated into product design
• Perform other related duties as assigned
