You will lead cross-functional teams, align product vision with business strategy, and drive prioritization decisions across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' business, analytical, technical and/or product experience
• Proven ability to set priorities and measure business value
• Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy - Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, and business architects to create a compelling vision that aligns with goals and values.
• Team Leadership - Coach the team to deliver roadmaps, backlogs and data-driven decisions.
• Digital Transformation - Analyze trends and customer needs to advance workflow capabilities across Institutional Services.
• Requirements and Roadmaps - Align long-term priorities and success measures; document discovery and design.
• Agile Practices - Prioritize backlogs, remove blockers, and drive outcomes with design thinking and analytics.
• Risk & Audit - Adhere to risk and regulatory standards; maintain internal controls and escalation processes.
• Complete other related duties as assigned
