Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to drive the lifecycle of technology and digital products. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and guide sprint activities to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role supporting technology or digital products.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and product prioritization.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across business and technology teams.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, managing competing priorities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire lifecycle management of a technology/digital product, including purpose, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping and testing.
• Leads collaboration, facilitates sprint activities, and translates business needs into executable requirements.
• Works closely with business stakeholders, product owners/managers, other project managers, and technical teams to understand and communicate needs across scope and objectives.
• Describe, prioritize, and communicate requirements to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and delivery goals.
• Order and manage backlogs, clearly expressing backlog items to maximize value of the team's work.
