Ameren is seeking a Senior Product Owner to maximize product value within Agile teams. You’ll voice customer needs, manage the backlog, and coordinate with product managers and engineers to deliver features that align with business goals.

You will connect with customers, craft roadmaps, and ensure requirements meet regulatory and quality standards while driving data-driven decisions across the lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in project/process improvement work.
• 2+ years full-time Product Owner or similar agile team experience.
• SAFe POPM/CSPO/PSPO or equivalent certification within 12 months.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with the Customer: conduct research and engage internal and external customers to understand needs.
• Product Vision & Roadmap: develop business cases and roadmaps with product managers.
• Manage & Prioritize Backlog: translate requirements into well-formed user stories and ensure alignment.
• Deliver Value: define metrics, ensure QA standards, and balance short- and long-term goals.
• Receiving and Applying Feedback: liaise with stakeholders and demonstrate progress.
