Ameren Illinois Company (AIC) is seeking a Senior Product Owner to maximize product value and translate customer needs into actionable tasks for agile teams. You will manage the product backlog, define the roadmap, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the product meets customer and business goals.

You will lead backlog prioritization, measure key product metrics, and align with stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with project/process improvement.
• 2+ years full-time Product Owner or similar agile team experience.
• PO/PM certification within 12 months (POPM, CSPO, PSPO or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to understand needs and build product solutions.
• Develop and maintain product vision and roadmap.
• Capture requirements and translate into well-formed user stories; prioritize backlog.
• Define metrics and ensure data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.
• Champion feedback and align with stakeholders; serve as liaison across teams.
