Job summary

NTT Data is seeking a Product Owner to join its Oaks, PA team, responsible for defining and owning the roadmap for wealth management platforms and translating business goals into actionable user stories.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership, wealth management, and API/data integration, with strong Scrum experience and knowledge of SDLC processes. Collaboration with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• 5+ years of experience in System Integration using APIs and Data.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Must be very familiar with the Standard SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
• Represent and share the product vision to the scrum teams.
• Lead the Functional Grooming of the user stories.
• Serve as focal point for any pre-sprint or in-sprint inquiries from the sprint team.
• Confirm that technical architecture and technical design aligns to the short-term and long-term product vision.
• Execute the acceptance process for user stories.
• Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
• Participate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
• Translate business strategy, business goals and business processes into a technical IT solution.
