Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Owner to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) products.

You will partner with stakeholders across security, compliance, engineering, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant test data capabilities. You will lead initiatives on data de-identification, synthetic test data generation, governance, audit readiness, and AI-enabled self-service solutions, balancing business value with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, business analysis, or delivery.
• 2+ years leading complex technology or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlogs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management and software delivery.
• Ability to influence across senior leadership levels.
• Ability to translate requirements into prioritized work.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Passion for innovative test data solutions supporting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise TDM products.
• Own and prioritize backlogs for de-identification, delivery, and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, security, and compliance teams.
• Balance customer needs, compliance obligations, and technical constraints.
• Drive adoption and business value of TDM capabilities across Humana.
• Communicate priorities, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders.
