Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience leading complex technology, data, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, application development, software delivery, or platform technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining business capabilities, and translating outcomes into prioritized work.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for delivering innovative solutions that improve consumer, associate, and business partner experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise TDM products and services.
• Bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, security, compliance, and data consumers.
• Prioritize strategic product investments enabling secure, compliant, and scalable test data access.
• Lead governance, risk, privacy, and compliance considerations in product planning.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to align with business objectives.
• Balance customer needs with regulatory requirements and technical constraints.
• Drive adoption and realization of value across Humana segments.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and customer experience to identify improvements.
