Job summary

Schwab Retirement Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to shape digital experiences for retirement plan participants, sponsors, and advisors. This role drives modernization of the participant dashboard and enhancements to the mobile app.

You will partner with engineering, UX, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate needs into user stories, manage backlogs, and deliver high-value solutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Owner/PM/Agile roles.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs in Agile settings.
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Agile backlog aligned to goals.
• Translate customer/business needs into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX, architecture, and QA to deliver web/mobile experiences.
• Support dashboard modernization and mobile app enhancements.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
