Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior Product Manager to maximize value for one or more products within the Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy organization. You will work with stakeholders and product teams to align priorities, communicate the vision, and drive user adoption across multiple technology teams.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, risk-aware delivery, and collaboration with business and technical partners to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ Years in Application or Data Management or test management experience.
• Strong data quality knowledge (Accuracy, completeness, timeliness dimensions, data risk mitigation).
• Strong analytical skills including Excel (vlookup, pivot) and SQL.
• Strong oral & written communication and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Embraces AI, but does not overuse.
• Trustworthy teammate with collaboration
• Process improvement and risk management focus.

Responsibilities

• Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction.
• Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and drives user adoption.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Prioritizes work for multiple teams and works with cross-functional teams.
• Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog.
• Reviews and accepts stories and clarifies scope and requirements.
• Delivers unified technical solutions across multiple technology teams.
• Communicates updates on approach, issues and status to stakeholders from Tech Leads to Executives.
• Addresses escalations from business and internal technology.
• Understands and communicates complex processes to business and tech.
• Performs detailed data analysis to drive decisions and actions.
• Leads program/project management efforts.
• Drives process improvement and innovation.
