Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Product Owner, Data Products to contribute to and execute product initiatives within the Bank. The role partners with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, priorities, and a roadmap while aligning on product vision.

Hybrid onsite for leadership meetings in Raleigh/Charlotte, NC or Tempe, AZ. The role drives change through technical innovation, interfaces between business stakeholders and delivery teams, and offers expert consultation on tactics to

Qualifications

6+ years in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with a HS diploma
Banking, Regulatory, Data Warehouse or Data Lakes, AWS or Snowflake experience preferred
Domain expertise in Banking, loan products and regulatory reporting preferred

Responsibilities

Product Strategy: define and align vision, strategy, priority, scope, and roadmap; lead product vision and roadmap
Product Management: refine backlog and roadmap; collaborate to execute backlog; plan initiatives, features, epics, and stories in JIRA
Communication and Stakeholder Management: articulate vision and roadmap; provide status updates; manage stakeholder expectations
