Infosys Consulting in the USA is seeking a Data Product Owner / Business Analyst for Securities Markets Technology in Capital Markets. You will join a cross-functional team to shape data strategy, refine domain hierarchies, and drive data products from concept to delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, data contracts, and transformation programs, with a Hybrid work model and a strong focus on innovation and user experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in capital markets firms (overall 10+ yrs)
• Experience with capital markets data flows (e.g. Holdings, Transactions, Reference data, trades data)
• Experience defining/refining domain/data hierarchy and resolving data ownership conflicts
• Ability to query and analyze data sets using SQL
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills with senior partners
• Familiarity with AI tools for vibe coding (lovable etc.)
• Authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor)

Responsibilities

• Lead review of the data domain hierarchy and refine naming variants
• Assign features/datasets to a single domain and record consuming processes
• Define domain ownership boundaries and resolve conflicting ownership
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to resolve issues
• Review data contracts and drive sign-off from both sides
• Conduct workshops, plan sprints, define backlog, create data mappings and data transformation requirements
