Job summary

Simplesense seeks a Senior Product Owner, Data Insights, to translate strategy into actionable, ready-to-build engineering plans. You will own end-to-end delivery for data-to-UI tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet complex contract commitments and security requirements.

Located in the Denver metro area with hybrid options, remote work possible for exceptional talent. The role requires DoD security readiness, DoD CAC/Secret clearance eligibility, and a deep focus on operational

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in a dedicated Product Owner or technical product management role.
Proven expertise in leading technical teams through multi-sprint delivery using Agile methodologies.
Ability to translate highly technical concepts into clear business value and actionable user stories.
US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD CAC/secret clearance; DoD/agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic vision for actionable intelligence into engineering plans (epics, stories, tasks).
Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle for the Insights capability and data-to-UI delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with architectural goals and contract commitments.
Provide mentorship and establish best practices for story writing, acceptance criteria, and delivery processes.
Ensure high-quality user experiences in the UI layer and rigorous acceptance criteria.
