Job summary

Fresh Consulting is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a contract role to drive strategy across a large, multi-disciplinary program spanning platforms and stakeholders.

You will translate program goals into actionable directives, maintain a clear product vision, and own the backlog across teams, collaborating with engineering, design, research, and QA to deliver high-value features.

The role partners with sales and program leadership to grow the account and craft SOW content.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role; client-facing/consulting desirable.
• Experience in large, multi-team programs or scaled agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe or similar).
• Excellent communication and facilitation; senior-level presentation and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and make informed product decisions.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and managing backlogs.
• Ability to work with engineering, UX, QA, and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and PRDs with stakeholders.
• Refine strategy based on user insights, business goals, and technical input.
• Lead backlog across multiple teams; write detailed user stories and criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and QA to deliver features.
• Support account growth; partner with sales and program leadership on pursuits.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across the program.
