In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, user needs, and technology—defining product direction, prioritizing outcomes, and ensuring teams deliver meaningful, user‑centered solutions. You’ll work closely with business leaders, engineers, and designers to shape the future of internal studio applications.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and program leaders to define and evolve product vision aligned to strategy
• Translate broad objectives into clear, measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)
• Act as the voice of the user, incorporating feedback, research, and direct engagement
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions
• Lead agile pods with a focus on outcomes over output
• Balance user value, business impact, and technical feasibility when making trade‑offs
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

What We’re Looking For
