Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) or more years of related experience.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems such as SAP Concur, Sage FAS, Blackline preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the most complex products through the entire lifecycle, and supports decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life (EOL).
• Makes key decisions for product/solution development lifecycle process to be implemented throughout the organization.
• Contributes to innovative ideas on the program risk management plan and drives mitigation and resolutions, advocates to drive metrics.
• Designs program management practices and collaborates with and mentors other members of the product management org.
• Contributes expertise in the product management concepts internally and externally.
• Reviews and prioritizes backlog for sprint planning, including coordination of dependencies.
• Owns, develops and executes product roadmap.
• Collaborates with business owners, product scrum team, and stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, and goals.
• Participates in design sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
