Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare.
• Six Sigma or SAFe certification.
• 5+ years proven experience in product or equivalent business management.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience leading teams for product delivery.
• 2+ years experience in a Primary Care setting.
• 2+ years as a super user or equivalent experience with Electronic Medical Records system.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of technology products within an integrated care delivery system.
• Champion the product, facilitate decisions, and own content and releases.
• Serve as liaison between agile team and stakeholders, including Business Owners and Product Management.
• Define and drive product vision, set increment and sprint goals, and prioritize the backlog.
