Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive business automations and AI applications, delivering end-to-end product execution and strategic roadmaps. You will own backlog hygiene, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team delivery with a bias for action, while partnering with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality releases.

This role advances toward a Manager of Product Management capacity, requiring strong analytics, KPI focus, and leadership across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or management in high-velocity agile environments.
• Proven track record using product analytics and KPIs to drive roadmaps.
• Tactical ownership skills: backlog grooming, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain backlog hygiene, defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Lead daily and sprint agile ceremonies with engineering teams.
• Own delivery timelines, identify and remove blockers and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA throughout the lifecycle, oversee UAT.
• Maintain production systems and SLA compliance; monitor uptime and performance.
• Manage incoming product requests and triage critical production issues.
