Key Responsibilities
  • Act as intermediary between market/business requirements and R&D to advocate for the product internally.
  • Plan and prioritize product roadmap work and product support issues with the scrum team.
  • Prioritize product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them into functional stories while working closely with Architecture and Engineering.
  • Manage multiple product backlogs and drive execution with scrum teams using tools such as Rally and Jira, removing roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives.
  • Participate and present product features to internal and external stakeholders during demo sessions, marketing events, and executive reviews.
  • Partner with Architecture teams to solution new features and capabilities, including exploring the applicability of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
  • Measure customer adoption and retention based on the GTM plan and tactics to achieve product KPIs.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management or enterprise software development.
  • Technical knowledge of mainframe software, transformation trends, and insights.
  • Expertise in managing complex cross‑functional, cross‑business, and cross‑disciplinary projects.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in partnership to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
  • Experience defining product backlogs and prioritization in a collaborative software development environment.
