Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Operations Lead & Program Manager - Content Experience Innovation in the United States. You will shape how audiences discover content formats, connecting Product, Engineering, Design, Content, and business teams to drive efficient execution.

You will lead scalable systems, AI-powered workflows, and cross-functional programs, aligning priorities and transforming product portfolios for faster delivery and better user experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations, Product Mgmt, or Program Mgmt in a product-driven org.
• Experience designing and scaling processes, cadences, and systems in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve team operating models, workflows, and standards for scalable product development.
• Lead operating cadences: strategic planning, OKRs, QBRs, with leadership-ready reports.
• Manage portfolio operations: intake, prioritization, roadmaps, calendars, risks, milestones.
• Establish stakeholder comms across Product, Engineering, TPM, Design, and business teams.
