Job summary

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate through frontier AI and an enterprise-grade platform. As a Product Operations Manager, Integrations, you’ll own the integrations program—APIs, MCP servers, and partner connectors—driving onboarding, issue resolution, and market launches.

You’ll balance partner needs with Harvey’s roadmap, scale operations, and create playbooks and documentation used by internal and partner teams. Strong API and marketplace experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations, or related roles in high-growth tech/SaaS.
• Direct experience in an integrations team—building, shipping, and supporting third-party connections.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and prioritization of integration and API/MCP feature requests from customers and partners.
• Triage integration issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with technology and ISV partners across the integration lifecycle.
