Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Operations Analyst to act as the analytical engine for Product Operations.

You will build the financial, operational, and reporting foundation for a portfolio of programs, partnering with Product Ops, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to develop cost models, profitability reporting, and KPI dashboards. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance, working across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
Experience developing and maintaining cost models, standard costing methodologies, and WMS/ERP system management.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain costing methodologies with Product Ops leadership.
Analyze key cost drivers including labor, materials, freight, and other costs.
Develop and maintain work-center burden rates, allocation methodologies, and cost models.
Monitor labor reporting, throughput metrics, and operational data for costing accuracy.
Provide profitability reporting and analysis to improve product, process, and program performance.
Develop and maintain program-level financial reporting across Product Ops.
Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and ROI to identify improvement opportunities.
Create business cases, forecasts, and financial models to support investments and operations.
Partner with leadership to define KPIs and governance for reporting.
