Ingram Micro in Plainfield, IN, seeks a Senior Product Operations Analyst to be the analytical engine behind Product Operations. You will build the financial, operational, and reporting foundation to run a program portfolio, partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to develop cost models and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Profitability Reporting: Partner with Product Ops leadership to design, implement, and maintain costing methodologies; analyze labor, materials, freight, and other costs; develop and maintain cost models; deliver profitability reporting and analysis.
• Program Financial Management: Develop and maintain program-level financial reporting across Product Ops; analyze revenue, cost, margin, and ROI; build business cases, forecasts, and financial models.
• Business Intelligence & KPI Governance: Define KPIs and metrics; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards; establish KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance; ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
