Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 1–2 years in product management, product operations, or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, Codex, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools in daily work to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare technology is strongly preferred.
• Experience in virtual care, front‑end revenue cycle, or patient portal/patient experience work is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence partners across functions and levels without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to support feature delivery from idea through GA, surfacing risks and portfolio insights.
• Review test design for alpha/beta planning and ensure features meet clear success criteria.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities and communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and adherence to timelines and cadences.
• Hold product managers and analytics partners accountable for measuring business and user outcomes.
• Establish and maintain AI best practices for Product Operations and how AI tools are used for analysis and delivery.
• Coach teams on responsible and effective AI use, including when human review is needed.
• Support readiness and release activities for AI‑enabled features, validating use cases and preparing customer materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and drive adoption of AI tools to reduce manual work.
• Use AI tools to summarize information, draft analysis, and compare options to improve decision quality.
