Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in North America is seeking a Brand Program Manager to lead and grow the Brand Project Managers across NA and collaborate with the Global Brand team to shape campaigns and products.

You will oversee all work in progress, manage briefs, requirements and budgets, drive agile workflows, and partner with Marketing, PR and Creative leads to set measurable objectives. Location: Vancouver or remote Canada; Base salary range provided.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven program/project management experience within a brand or creative function.
• Track record of delivering marketing projects at scale with multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Critical mind and ability to weigh pros and cons of a solution from all angles.
• Motivating leader who can effectively engage, lead and coach a team.
• Excellent at facilitating meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Proven background in delivering dynamic projects that have a positive impact.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, flexible working culture.
• Strong ability to cultivate internal and external relationships.
• Highly adaptable multi-tasker and self-starter in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the team of Brand Project Managers in North America.
• Partner with Finance to set quarterly and annual marketing spend forecasts.
• Manage and maintain budget tracking for all Brand programs and reconcile costs.
• Drive prioritization of campaigns and product launches by evaluating business needs and allocating resources.
• Oversee workflow of all Brand projects via agile iterative processes.
• Lead development and delivery of marketing initiatives including retail and digital campaigns and launches.
• Build cross-functional relationships across the North American business for execution.
• Establish and maintain brand program processes and procedures.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors for out‑of‑scope requirements.
• Take an innovative, disruptive approach to brand programs at Lush.
• Develop strong relationships with the global Lush team for local impact.
