Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a US Product Marketing professional to drive performance of existing product lines and launch new offerings. You will collaborate across US Clinical Marketing, Global Product Marketing, and Field Sales to craft and execute marketing and sales strategies that drive adoption of advanced energy, stapling, and smart instrumentation in da Vinci procedures.

You will lead engagements with surgeons and hospital executives, translate Voice of Customer feedback into compelling value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in therapeutic/medical device industry.
• Surgical or OR experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to surgeons and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Engage key customers to accelerate technology adoption across core product lines.
• Collect Voice of Customer feedback to inform marketing and sales leadership.
• Identify and scale best practices from Key Opinion Leaders and Field Sales.
• Develop Product Champions for existing and launched products.
• Create clinical and economic reference stories to drive demonstrations and practices.
• Collaborate on value propositions and messaging for new product launches.
• Create and track metrics of product adoption with US Sales Operations.
• Develop training content for Field Sales to accelerate adoption.
• Partner on conferences and events to deliver product demonstrations and messaging.
