Intuitive Surgical is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive the US General Surgery and Acute Care initiatives for the da Vinci system and related products. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape market strategy, engage with KOLs, and develop programs that accelerate adoption and growth across procedures such as Hernia, Cholecystectomy, and Appendectomy.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and delivering ROI-driven marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

12+ years of marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company preferred.
Ability to align diverse teams and influence marketing strategies to drive business impact.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; teambuilding and relational skills across multiple constituents.

Responsabilités

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that accelerate da Vinci adoption in General Surgery, with a focus on da Vinci 5 and SP.
Build and execute high impact marketing plans and corresponding tactical plans to achieve budgeted growth in General Surgery.
Develop data and insights to segment markets, understanding surgeons, patient journeys, and clinical procedure steps.
Design strategies and value messaging with ROI; create collateral, tactics, and programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high value marketing projects and presentations to senior leadership.
