Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Private Equity to own messaging, positioning, and enablement that advances PE deals from initial conversations to competitive evaluations. You’ll become the internal expert on PE buying groups, roles, and priorities, translating insights into persona-specific narratives and content to support sellers across the buying journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in private equity ecosystem, at PE firm, fund administrator, or PE-facing company.
• Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy with sales enablement focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own PE messaging, positioning, and enablement across the sales motion.
• Co-create collateral: briefs, ROI narratives, battlecards, and stakeholder decks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product to align GTM and assets.
• Conduct VOC research and win/loss analyses to refine PE personas.
• Partner with Demand Gen to ground campaigns in persona-relevant messaging.
