Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Observability to drive go-to-market and messaging for HPE OpsRamp across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with product, sales and marketing leaders to differentiate our observability offerings.

In this role, you will craft differentiated messaging, lead launches, create compelling content, and enable sales with battle cards and trainings.

Qualifications

Specifically, a strong candidate can position solutions for personas including SRE, platform engineering, and IT operations teams, and for use cases such as incident management, root cause analysis, and hybrid cloud observability. Maintain messaging frameworks tailored to target personas, industries, and use cases.* **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Define and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to align marketing plans with product roadmaps and business objectives, while leading launches.* **Content Creation:** Produce high-impact marketing collateral, including solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, demo videos, and blogs. Partner with demand generation teams to create campaign assets, landing pages, eBooks, webinars, and compelling offers that drive pipeline.* **Thought Leadership:** Build thought leadership about observability trends, hybrid cloud operations, and AIOps through analyst engagement, speaking opportunities, and industry content.* **Market Research and Competitive Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product positioning and differentiation.* **Sales Enablement:** Develop sales enablement tools, such as battle cards, product training materials, and objection-handling guides. Partner with sales to ensure they are equipped to effectively communicate product value to customers.* **Customer Advocacy:** Work closely with customer success teams to identify and showcase customer success stories. Leverage customer feedback to refine messaging and influence product roadmap decisions.**Education & Experience:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.* **Marketing Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of product marketing experience in a complex hybrid cloud or cloud-native environment.* Experience with Observability solutions is required* **Technical Knowledge:** Demonstrate experience marketing observability platforms across metrics, logs, traces, event correlation, and distributed systems.
