Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP's Compute Engineering team seeks a strategic, organized Operations Advisor to support the SVP of Compute Engineering. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, align planning and budgeting, and improve governance and processes.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years in strategy or operations, an MBA preferred, and proven ability to influence senior teams. Travel 0-15% and a focus on execution and metrics will drive outcomes across the engineering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record supporting senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.
