Qualifications

• 5+ years of related product marketing experience or comparable hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of positioning, segmentation, messaging, product discovery, go-to-market strategy, launch readiness, and enablement.
• Ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer/field feedback and translate insights into actionable priorities and messaging.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with strong autonomy, proactively solving issues and raising bigger risks or roadblocks.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams through insights and partnership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for concise product messaging and sales tools.
• Experience developing or supporting sales enablement assets such as one-pagers and knowledge-transfer documents.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap priorities with market and customer insights in partnership with Product Management.
• Build market and customer understanding through voice-of-customer programs, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for buyers, users, and influencers.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and launch readiness with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Equip Sales to communicate product value with messaging, demos, and one-pagers.
• Maintain consistent product storytelling across the customer journey in web and events.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen product visibility through awards, sponsorships, and webinars.
