Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the narrative for its data security platform. You will partner with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to launch features, drive demand, and grow Cyera’s leadership in data and AI security.

You will craft compelling content and enable sales with materials, while driving cross-functional campaigns to maximize adoption and market penetration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in security, AI, DevOps, data, analytics, or other technical fields.
• Knowledge of data security, AI security, compliance, data privacy, and cloud & identity security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing effectively.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Marketing/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products/features with strong messaging and positioning with product managers.
• Lead technical content development including blogs, demos, whitepapers, diagrams.
• Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and FAQs.
• Collaborate on campaigns to drive MQLs, SEO/AEO, and pipeline across channels.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager with technical acumen and exceptional storytelling skills to shape the narrative of Cyera’s disruptive products and platform. You will work closely with product management, marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to launch new features, drive product demand and adoption, and strengthen Cyera’s position as a leader in data and AI security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Successfully launch new products/features with strong messaging and positioning in collaboration with product managers, driving adoption and market penetration.
• Lead technical content development through compelling storytelling and drive adoption via website pages, explainer blogs, how-to demos, whitepapers, diagrams, and more.
• Create, maintain and deliver sales enablement material and tools including pitch decks, prospecting guides, demo scripts, product FAQs, and objection handling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute impactful campaigns that drive MQLs, SEO/AEO, pipeline, and adoption across paid and organic channels.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience driving successful B2B product marketing initiatives in security, AI, DevOps, data, analytics, or other technical fields.
• Understanding of the evolving data security landscape including AI security, compliance, data privacy, and cloud & identity security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing effectively.
• Team player with a proven ability to collaborate and align with product, marketing, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, business, or a related field.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

Compensation Range: $160,000-$200,000.

The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
