Job summary

Stable is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how Stable is positioned, launched, and sold. In this role you will incorporate AI to scale yourself and ensure the organization can produce high quality work that is on-message, on-brand, and never outdated.

You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, success and the founders to shape ICPs, buyer personas, pricing, and go-to-market strategy while driving enablement and measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience selling to SMB/self-serve and enterprise buyers.
• Track record improving win rates, conversion, or adoption.
• Able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading launches end to end, with messaging, enablement and measurement.
• Comfort with data and self-serve insights.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Stable's positioning, messaging, ICPs, and buyer personas across segments.
• Bridge product and GTM; define sequencing of products and platform narrative.
• Partner with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging design.
• Enable sales with talk tracks, battlecards, and launch training.
• Build launch tiering, calendar, and GTM investments by release impact.
• Drive GTM strategy for new products and major feature launches.
• Conduct competitive analyses and maintain intelligence repository.
• Develop customer proof engine with case studies and testimonials.
• Audit AI language usage about Stable and improve sentiment and accuracy.
