About the Team

We're expanding our world-class product marketing team and looking for a high-impact Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive adoption and shape the markets for Treasury Management, Wallets, and Tokenization solutions. This is a strategic hire: a true change maker who will bring creativity, leadership, and a drive to deliver results.

We're seeking industry storytellers, inspiring leaders, and hands-on technical product marketers passionate about the role cryptocurrency and digital assets play in global financial markets. As part of the Fireblocks product marketing team, you'll define positioning, lead go-to-market strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate the value of Fireblocks’ solutions, platform, and network. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact how the largest enterprises, banks, and Web3 innovators build secure, scalable digital asset businesses.

Location - Remote U.S. Eastern Time or Central Time zones only

What You’ll Do
  1. Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute precision GTM strategies for new and existing solutions, driving pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue.
  2. Craft Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and competitive value propositions for global enterprises, financial institutions, and Web3 companies.
  3. Shape the Product Roadmap: Refine customer insights, monitor competitive trends, and collaborate with Product teams to influence innovation.
  4. Enable Global Sales Teams: Create tailored content and enablement strategies for regions, buyer personas, and use cases.
  5. Create Best-in-Class Content: Produce solution briefs, case studies, presentations, videos, and whitepapers to increase awareness and market education.
  6. Lead Product Launches: Develop strategies for bringing new products and capabilities to market effectively.
  7. Thought Leadership: Represent Fireblocks at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer engagements.
  8. Measure & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, monitor adoption metrics, and refine strategies for ongoing market impact.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or blockchain industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of simplifying and elevating messaging within a dynamic ecosystem.
  • Leadership experience, with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved directly.
  • Market expertise in blockchain solutions, digital asset custody, treasury management, tokenization, and the buyer ecosystem.
  • Strategic and tactical agility, with a proven track record of results through innovative strategies and flawless execution.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Strong content development skills, including writing, storytelling, and creating marketing and enablement materials.
  • Analytical mindset to define success metrics and translate data into insights.
  • A passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets, and their role in global financial transformation.

Compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and individual circumstances. This base salary is part of a total compensation package that may include bonuses, equity, and benefits.
